What are the general requirements to hire a car?
All drivers must hold a valid driving license for at least 1 year and minimum driver’s age is 23yrs.
What is the minimum rental duration?
For a valid booking minimum rental is 3 days,
How can i calculate my rentals days?
Rental days are calculated on a 24-hour basis, starting from the vehicle pick up time and are flexible for any extra hours. The total is calculated at the time of booking. No surprises!!!
Can I drive the Car outside of Rhodes Island?
Transporting or driving the car outside the main island of Rhodes is not allowed.
I've got a breakdown or an accident
If you should have the misfortune to suffer a breakdown, or envolve in an accident you should immediately contact AutoRentals Rhodes rental office.
I lost the car key. What should I do?
In case of key loss, you should contact us. Our personnel will bring you a replacement key. Key loss is not covered by insurance, so extra charges will apply.
How do I find you at the airport
We will be waiting for you at the arrivals with a paperboard with your name.
You get the car then in the parking (opposite arrivals – over the taxi station) at the airport from an employee, and at the end of the rental, you leave the car at the same parking and give the key to the person in the parking office.
Is there a prepayment or deposit for a booking?
Deposit or any kind of prepayment is not needed it. You pay on delivery by cash or credit/debit card.

Do you deliver to my Hotel?
Yes, of course, we will deliver the car to your hotel and you can return it there as well, by simply giving the keys to the reception
Is there a cancelation fee?
